Mark A. Carlson, M.S., CEM, USGBC - Mr. Carlson has been involved in Energy Engineering for a decade since graduating University of Notre Dame M.S. Ch.Eg. '95. With expanding roles in Process Engineering, Product Management, and Training Manager, Mr. Carlson understands the need to teach within a context of 'right-sized' technical information and the criticality of skillful communication. His mantra has been "I will not consider it a success to teach someone unless they have learned in such a way that they could teach someone else" |

Dr. Sundaresan Subramanian - A winner of energy and environmental awards from the Association of Energy Engineers, Dr. Subramanian (“Subi”) has been involved internationally with green projects and energy training for more than two decades. He has conducted numerous energy audits and trained hundreds of workers in energy management techniques. In the current scenario of economic distress, he believes that trained energy managers can "show the money" to business owners and improve bottom lines. Dr. Subramanian holds several engineering degrees and is a LEED Green Associate. |

Michael Hale - Mr. Hale launched his own management consulting firm choosing emphases on energy technology and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) after serving as one of the top 100 sales executives in the United States for MCI WorldCom. With a degree in Construction Management, Mr. Hale understands energy systems and was recently the trainer for one of the world’s largest wind turbine manufacturer. In addition to being an instructor for Energy Onion and managing a growing consulting firm, Mr. Hale teaches business classes at a local college. |
